Every bottle in the Canna range has one schedule behind it. This page puts the official Canna feed charts for soil (Terra) and coco in one place — transcribed from Canna's own grow schedules, with doses in ml per 10 litres of water, plus the practical notes the charts themselves don't spell out. All products mentioned are in our Canna range, genuine UK stock.
How to read the charts
- Doses are ml per 10 litres of nutrient solution, per phase — not per week. Mix fresh; don't hold Cannazym solution more than 10 days.
- EC values are what you add on top of your tap water. Measure your tap EC and add it to the chart figure to get your target. Recommended pH: around 5.5–6.2 in coco, slightly higher in soil.
- Phases, not fixed weeks. Typical durations are shown, but plants set the pace — switch phases on what you see (roots established, first flowers), not the calendar.
- Canna's own words: the chart "isn't an iron law" — it's the proven starting point you adjust from.
Canna Terra feed chart (soil)
For growing in peat-based soil — Terra Professional Plus with Terra Vega and Terra Flores as the base feeds.

*The Terra Pro Plus head start: Canna's soil is pre-fertilised, so in the first couple of weeks the soil itself is feeding the plant — start Vega at the light end of the range and only build up as the starter charge is used. This is also why the Terra Starter Kit ships a small Vega and a big Flores.
†Cannazym: 25 ml weekly through the cycle; double to 50 ml for the first weeks on reused substrate. ‡Boost: 20 ml standard, up to 40 ml for extra flowering power. PK 13/14 runs for one week only — Canna are explicit about this.
Canna Coco feed chart
For growing in buffered coco — Coco Professional Plus fed with Coco A&B. Coco is buffered but not pre-fertilised, so unlike soil you feed from day one — you can see it in the EC row, which starts higher than Terra's.

Dose A and B in equal amounts: A into the water first, mix, then B — never mix the concentrates together. †‡ Same Cannazym and Boost notes as the Terra chart. Cannazym earns double duty in coco, where re-using the substrate is standard practice.
The questions the chart doesn't answer
When exactly do I switch Vega to Flores? When flowers begin to develop — typically 1–3 weeks after moving to 12-hour light. It's a plant signal, not a date.
Why does PK 13/14 only appear once? Because Canna's base feeds already carry P and K — PK 13/14 is a one-week ratio shift three weeks before harvest, and Canna's own FAQ says one week, always. Running it longer risks overfeeding.
What about the final phase? EC 0.0 means feeding stops — plain water, or Canna Flush to clear residual salts without harming the substrate's beneficial life.
My tap water is hard/soft — does the chart change? The doses stand; the EC targets shift. Add your tap water's EC to every chart value. Very soft or RO water may need a CalMag supplement to reach a workable baseline.
Re-using coco or soil? Double Cannazym to 50 ml/10L for the first week or two — it converts the old root mass back into plant food.
